Hector Buitrago Parada, known as 'Martin Llanos', and his brother Nelson Orlando Buitrago Parada, known as 'Caballo' (Horse), who are believed to be the leaders of a rightwing paramilitary group, have been arrested in Venezuela. They will be extradited to Colombia this week where they will be tried for crimes including murder, kidnapping, and drug trafficking
